Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in managing financial transactions and employee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in line with our company's standards. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional logistics services.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Oversee payroll administration using HRIS systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee wages and benefits.
- Maintain financial records with precision, supporting audit and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with finance and human resources teams to streamline processes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent support to internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts receivable management and payroll administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks or similar tools.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
