Iceculture is a recognized leader in the hospitality ice business and we are looking for a part-time team member to work with our Production / Warehouse team on weekends, to help meet the needs of growing product and service demand.

Pay: CA$18-$20 per hour + weekend shift premium

Schedule: Regularly scheduled hours
October to April - Saturday and Sunday 8am until 1pm
May to September 2026 – Saturday 8am – 2pm and Sunday 8am until 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Harvesting Ice Blocks (Block harvesting and filling)
- Clean-up of materials from deliveries – packaging and equipment and general warehouse maintenance incl. Sweeping
- Prepare packaging requirements – box making
- Bagging Cube Ice (Hensall Ice Company)
- Producing Craft Ice Cubes and Craft Ice Spheres.
- Packaging orders items from Cold Storage inventory with co-worker.
- Customer service - assist cold storage and retail customers with walk in orders.
- Follow Health and Safety Procedures including wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment
We are looking for someone who:
- Is punctual and reliable
- Has an eagerness to learn the ice business and work in a team orientated culture.
- Expresses enthusiasm for quality, a good work ethic, a keen attention to detail
- Has strong organizational skills and is a self motivator.
- A willingness to learn and assist in other departments as needed
