Part Time Position for a Social Worker, or Psychotherapist
.Christian Counselling Centre is a faith based, non-profit, charitable organization with offices in Burlington, Fergus, and in Lambeth Ontario that provides counselling services to the individual, family and community. The CCC aims to be a leading provider of Christian Counselling by promoting the blessings of the Christian Community as we seek to recover, restore and renew relationships between God and people, to the praise of His glory.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is either a Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker. The specific role that we are hiring is to provide Therapeutic Services in our Burlington Office. This is a part time position, and would require some evening sessions. We offer Group Supervision, individual or dyadic supervision, paid holidays, and for positions of 24 hours + we do have a health spending account. We also firmly believe in creating a team environment, so we have intentional staff building events through out the year.
All candidates must:
- Have a Master’s Degree in Counselling, Counseling & Guidance, Psychology, Social Work or other behavioural science from an accredited university.
- Be Registered with a Governing Body – CRPO, College of Social Workers, Child Life Specialists
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills (detail-oriented)
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Client Management software.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Experience, education or training in a variety of therapeutic environments
- Three or more years of counseling experience.
