We're looking for one Experienced Construction Laborer to join our team and if you're someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys working alongside skilled professionals, and wants to be part of a team that has each other's backs, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience. Trade school graduates are an asset.

✅ Technology – Comfortable using QuickBooks Time to clock in/out, upload notes and photos, and communicate by email and text. A smartphone with data is required.
✅ Renovation Experience – Proven experience with tiling, framing, drywall installation, mudding, sanding, painting, and general residential renovations.
✅ Finishing Skills – Strong finishing abilities with attention to precision and clean, professional results.
✅ Attention to Detail – You care about the little things, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service.
✅ Tool Experience – Comfortable and experienced using power tools and renovation equipment safely.
✅ Team Player – Able to take direction, communicate effectively, and complete tasks on schedule.
✅ Physical Capability – Able to meet the physical demands of residential construction.
✅ Self-Starter – You don't wait to be told what needs to be done - you see it and get it done.
✅ Clean Work Habits – Committed to maintaining an organized, safe, and tidy job site.
✅ Availability – Reliable Monday to Friday for 8-hour workdays, with occasional opportunities for additional hours.
✅ Communication – Strong English communication skills.
✅ Location – Willing to work throughout Ottawa and the surrounding area.
✅ Transportation – Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Compensation is paid weekly and is based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based raises and long-term growth.
