Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year flooring experience or carpentry background
- Experience with engineered hardwood, laminate, or vinyl plank (asset)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and physically capable
Responsibilities:
- Install engineered hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank
- Assist with subfloor prep and board repairs
- Keep job sites clean and professional
