Solar Advisor – Build a Career with Purpose in Renewable Energy!
Earning Potential: $50,000–$80,000+ (Base + Commission)
Sunly Energy is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team as a Solar Advisor.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll generate opportunities, meet with homeowners, and ensure a positive solar experience. No solar experience required — we provide training.
You’ll work with both company-provided and self-generated leads, with higher commissions on self-generated business.
Local travel across the Annapolis Valley — home most nights.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
- Meet with homeowners and present customized solar solutions
- Manage the full sales process from first conversation to signed agreement
- Follow up with clients and guide decision-making
- Maintain pipeline and client records in CRM
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups and generate referrals
- Represent Sunly in your local community
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales (B2C preferred)
- Confidence managing a full sales cycle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable generating your own opportunities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability for some evenings and one Saturday per month
(Solar experience is an asset, but not required — we provide training.)
