Prairie North Const. Ltd. is a Heavy Civil Construction company with over 26 years in the industry. Prairie North Construction is recruiting for a Fuel & Lube Technician for a Civil Construction Project for the Alberta Area.
Details:
This position is based out of various locations throughout Alberta. This is a project-based position. LOA’s will be provided for out of town work not including Camp projects.
Responsibilities:
Applicants must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in preventative maintenance and servicing. This position is responsible for daily maintenance and fueling of various types of equipment including but not limited to: Dozers, Loaders, Rock trucks, Excavators, Graders, Skid steers, Water and Fuel trucks, light equipment including light plants, water pumps, generators etc. -Daily fueling -Greasing and fluid checks -Complete scheduled maintenance as per Prairie North Construction and OEM recommendations -Operate and maintain company service and fuel truck
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a fuel and lube technician
-Must be able to work out of town
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Must have a valid class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
-Provided a clean 5 year commercial drivers abstract
-Required to work outside in all weather conditions
-Day or Night Shift
- Able to work independently
