Our senior barbers are consistently busy, creating an opportunity for someone hungry to join our team and grow into a fully booked schedule.
We'll help drive new business into the shop through our marketing, reputation, and established client base—but we're looking for someone who understands that building a clientele is a partnership.
If you're willing to put yourself out there, market your work, create content, network, ask for referrals, and consistently improve your craft, we'll do everything we can to help you succeed.

What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of growing their business.
That means you'll be expected to:
- Deliver an exceptional client experience every time.
- Rebook clients before they leave.
- Ask for referrals and online reviews.
- Build your presence on Instagram, TikTok or other social platforms.
- Create content showcasing your work.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives.
- Promote yourself while representing the Maverick brand professionally.
- Work with our team to convert new clients into loyal regulars.
We'll support you every step of the way—but we expect the same level of commitment from you.
What We're Looking For
- Barber license (or in process to obtain licence)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills

- Social media knowledge is a major asset
