Job Description: Territory Retail Supervisor for Liquor Tastings (Independent Contractor Role)
- Have a thorough understanding of each brand's needs; making sure we execute to meet those needs at all liquor store retail activations within your designated region.
- Recruit, hire, schedule, and train a team of Brand Ambassadors on a consistent basis to work with you across all brands and tastings in your assigned territory.
- Be the point of contact for all in-field ambassadors, solving any problems quickly and effectively.
- Conduct retail store pre-calls and audit calls and participate in secret shops as required.
- Track Packages for stores, via our online system and ensure all assets arrive.
- Aid with emergencies and troubleshooting retail samplings, on weekends & during key business hours.
- Have a thorough understanding of each brand's needs and product/kit elements and making sure we execute to meet those needs at all activations within your region
- Be the point of contact for all in-field ambassadors, solving any problems quickly and effectively.
- Ensure that all field data is collected with accurate information
- Aid with emergencies and troubleshooting on weekends during key tasting hours, when required
- Be the face of Embr Events on-site – communicating key wins and troubleshooting when required.
Compensation:
- Ranges from $35-$42/store staffed. One individual per 4 hr shift. The rate is based on successfully staffing the shift, having the rep trained and activating on time, auditing the store, as well as ensuring the rep completes their online report correctly.
- $25/hr for any additional meeting status calls or work or driving in field, when required.
- Phone levy at $25/month.
- Mileage budget of $2.50 an in-store tasting.
