Full-Time Dental AdministratorJoin a Growing, Patient-Focused Dental Team
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping them navigate their treatment journey.
The ideal candidate will have experience discussing and coordinating a variety of dental treatments, including:
- General Dentistry
- Orthodontics
- Oral Surgery
- TMD/TMJ Therapy
- Sleep Apnea Treatment
- Comprehensive Restorative Care
This role is much more than scheduling appointments and answering phones. We are looking for someone who can confidently educate patients, coordinate treatment, support case acceptance, and create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.

Schedule Requirements
The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work:
- 1–2 evenings per week (until approximately 7:30 PM)
- 1–2 Saturdays per month
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Discuss treatment recommendations and financial arrangements with patients
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options
- Coordinate specialty and restorative treatment plans
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing
- Support patient retention, reactivation, and recall initiatives
- Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered culture
