Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for patient care and pharmacy operations. The Pharmacy Assistant will support pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing patient interactions, and maintaining pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties;
- Manage medication intake and inventory control to ensure proper stock levels.
- Data Entry.
- Support patient service activities by providing accurate information and compassionate care
- Prepare and label prescriptions accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Support the implementation of patient care plans by coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations and patient care.
- At least 1-2 Pharmacy assisstant experience.
- Kroll computer system knowledge.
- Strong understanding of patient service principles and patient care protocol.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
