Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential or commercial properties
- Proven experience working with siding/flashing/roofing
- Proven expereince as a wood worker in framing and trim work
- Proven experience working with masonry products and forming
- Proven experience working with drywall, mudding, taping, painting
- Proven experience installing various types of flooring
- Some expereince with plumbing and electrical
- Ability to work at heights
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
