We specialize in designing and building premium custom closets, wardrobes, walk-in closets, mudrooms, home offices, entertainment units, laundry rooms, and other custom storage solutions that maximize space, improve functionality, and enhance the beauty and value of every home.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, creative, and client-focused Custom Closet & Cabinetry Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their storage needs, lifestyle, design preferences, and project goals
- Conduct in-home consultations and take accurate site measurements
- Design functional, beautiful, and customized storage solutions
- Prepare professional design presentations, quotations, and project proposals
- Guide clients through material, finish, colour, and hardware selections
- Build strong client relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion
- Coordinate closely with our manufacturing and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert consultations into completed projects
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custom closets, cabinetry, kitchen design, interior design, home organization, or a related industry is preferred
- Understanding of residential space planning and functional design
- Communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Well organized with profound time management skills
- Ability to read floor plans and visualize custom layouts
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
