Front Desk Receptionist/Salon Co-ordinator

About Us
We are a busy, client-focused massage therapy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep our clinic running smoothly.
Position Summary
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every client. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Direct bill insurance providers when applicable.
- Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist therapists with administrative support as needed. Laundry duties.
- Restock clinic supplies and complete light housekeeping duties.
- Open and/or close the clinic following established procedures.
- Helping clients with retail sales.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred.
- Experience in a medical, wellness, or massage clinic is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable learning booking and payment software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
