About the role
MIB Business & Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Administrator for our Saskatoon office. You will join a small team of hard-working, like-minded individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service to business owners and foreign nationals across Canada. This role is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of staff members, clients, and intercompany teams.
This is a fully in-person position. Because our small team works to fixed client and government deadlines, consistent and reliable attendance is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and account coordination support to staff, clients, and intercompany teams
- Support time-sensitive client files with fixed government submission deadlines, where coverage and continuity are critical
- Maintain service schedules for clients
- Prepare and monitor internal and external reporting
- Prepare reports, background documentation, and research
- Receive, refer, and manage all inbound telephone calls, emails, and visitors
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, and courier services
- Assist in the development of internal and external Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues
- Assist with completing budgeting plans when necessary
- Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, and inquiries
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
- Currently resides in the Saskatoon area and able to work in office five days per week
- Bachelor's Degree or Business Diploma
- 3+ years of office administration experience (required)
- High level of English communication skills: speaking, reading, writing, and listening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); typing 50+ words per minute
- Detail-oriented with proven organizational and time-management skills; able to multi-task
- Self-starter comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
- Willingness and ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision
- Positive disposition; enjoys engaging with clients to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
Assets
- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Designation
- Immigration experience or demonstrated interest in the immigration and recruitment industry
