Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.
- (For Bartenders) Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including tables, bar area, and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written) to serve our diverse clientele.
- Experience: Previous experience in serving or bartending is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
- Availability: Open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
- Personality: Outgoing, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
