TILE SHOWROOM RETAIL SALES:
FULL TIME : POSITION AVAILABLE
We have a popular showroom that is merchandised well, appealing to the eye and deal with some wonderful tile lines and customers. The successful candidate should have excellent telephone and communication skills, good with details and super organized.
A sense of design is important or a natural love of the design world.
Looking for someone to join our already great group of people.
EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY
Job Duties:
*Assisting customers with their selections
*Help suggest tile to go with counter tops & cupboards etc.
* Working with color and color coordination.
*Build and maintain customer relationships
*Responding to and processing incoming calls/orders
*Entering orders and quotes on computer
*Identify problems, correct and resolve issues in a professional manner
*Communicating with distributors regarding orders etc.
*Counting and processing orders when they arrive.
*Respond to inquiries and provide product knowledge
*Keeping showroom tidy and well organized
*Putting together sample boards
*Assembling and load customer with their orders
*Able to lift up to approximately 70 lbs
Qualifications:
*Customer service experience
*Computer savvy. Quick with a keyboard
*Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
*Detail oriented and super organized
*Can think outside of the box and problem solve
*Effective time management skills
*Available to work Saturdays
* Must presently reside in Canada
