NATT Group operates through three core pillars: NATT Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and NATT Personnel. Together, we provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while also delivering workforce solutions to clients across a variety of industries.
As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Labourer to support the day-to-day operations of our yard and facilities. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and is always willing to lend a hand where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and work areas.
- Wash trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Complete painting and general upkeep projects.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Perform general labour duties to support daily operations.
- Remove garbage and keep the property clean and safe.
- Assist team members with various tasks as required.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous labour or maintenance experience is considered an asset.
- Valid G Class driver's licence.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
