Job Description: Asphalt Labour
We are seeking a dedicated Asphalt Labourer to join our team in Kelowna B.C. Canada. Based in our local area, this role is vital to supporting our mission of providing top-tier paving and asphalt maintenance services. The successful candidate will contribute to various asphalt projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist with paving and repair projects.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment and materials.
- Assist with asphalt paving, sealcoating, crackfilling, and related tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support team members in completing projects on time and within budget.
- Perform general construction duties as needed to ensure project success.
Qualification
- Paving experience and Skid steer experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $30-$35.00per hour
Expected hours: 30-50 hours per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Kelowna and surrounding area.
