Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to support team success in sales and customer service
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive store performance by motivating the team and managing individual and team targets
- Support Hiring & Development: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and building a strong, collaborative team culture
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, stock levels, and daily team huddles
- Deliver Excellent Service: Handle customer concerns and escalations while maintaining a high standard of service
- Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, analyze sales metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and timely replenishment
- Merchandising & Promotions: Support in-store marketing, promotions, and visual displays
- Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and secure operations
- Reporting: Prepare and review reports on sales, operations, and team performance
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
- A results-driven approach with a passion for sales
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation
$50,000 CAD + Bonus
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
