We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Building Manager for one of our residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently provide service excellence and resident support,
- Supervising cleaners and ensuring cleanliness of facility & grounds,
- Supervising maintenance staff and repairs of units,
- Prepare, show & lease units,
- Collect rent,
- On-call every 2nd weekend and select week-nights,
- Other building duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preference for those with 1 Year’s Previous,
- Residential property management experience,
- Comfortable with managing a team and projects,
- Adaptable, friendly, and a team player is essential,
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/Outlook),
- Maintenance skills (basic repairs, painting, and cleaning),
- Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.
