We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Executive – Business and Residential in North Battleford, SK.
This position is responsible for the acquisition of new commercial and residential customers, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and closing new sales.
Key Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new commercial and residential customers through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, door knocking, referrals, local business associations, community events, and trade shows.
- Develop new customer relationships through regular and effective contact to drive new sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to solicit new business.
Sales Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region for both residential and commercial markets.
- Build personalized working relationships with decision-makers and influencers to support new customer acquisition.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective needs assessment and solution-based selling.
Quoting, Pricing & Approvals
- Prepare bids and quotes and follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner.
- Stay within established revenue and margin guidelines; collaborate with management on pricing exceptions where required.
- Communicate credit requirements and assist customers with the credit application process when applicable.
Systems, Process & Documentation
- Follow defined sales procedures and processes.
- Complete all required customer documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system to support sales activity, forecasting, and customer onboarding.
Collaboration & Professional Standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation and service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for prospective customers with no plant from design to potential sale.
- Represent the organization professionally in the community and marketplace.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of sales objectives.
Performance Measures
