We’re looking for an Ice Cream Maker to join our team and help craft the frozen delights our customers love.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and churn small-batch ice creams, gelatos, sorbets, and frozen desserts.
- Follow recipes to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Brainstorm and test new flavors and seasonal specials.
- Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and meet food safety standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain ice cream machines and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient restocking.
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (mandatory).
- Previous experience in food prep, baking, or dessert-making is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
