Laundry Pick Up & Delivery Driver
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Pick Up & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting laundry items between clients and our facility, ensuring timely and professional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with warehouse or commercial driving, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving. Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to pick up and drop off laundry items at various customer locations
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of laundry, adhering to scheduled routes and deadlines
- Assist with moving laundry loads using appropriate equipment such as carts or forklifts when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery area
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times, special instructions, or issues
- Handle heavy laundry loads with proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any customer interactions
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading and unloading of laundry items
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (G) or appropriate driving credentials preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically handle laundry loads safely
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and addressing customer needs
- Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is advantageous
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $17.20-$30.26 per hour
