Taylin Child Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our Junior Kindergarten classroom team.
This position involves working alongside another teacher in a classroom of approximately 10 children, creating a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment that supports children’s growth and development.
Position Details:
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Junior Kindergarten classroom
Small class size of approximately 10 children
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a co-teacher to deliver a high-quality early learning program
Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Participate in daily classroom setup, cleaning, and organization
Follow licensing regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification
Experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired practices
Strong understanding of play-based learning philosophies
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with fellow educators
Positive, flexible, and professional attitude
Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences
