Spring Fresh is a small, team‑focused operation that values reliability, pride in workmanship, and taking care of our customers. We’re looking for a hands‑on Plant Supervisor who can lead by example and keep daily plant operations running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll supervise a small team (approx. 10 employees) and be involved in day‑to‑day plant operations. This is a working supervisor role that includes leadership, production support, equipment operation, and covering shifts when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule daily work and manage staff coverage
- Supervise drivers and production staff
- Oversee mat and coverall washing, drying, and processing
- Monitor quality, productivity, and workflow
- Train staff on job duties, safety, and company policies
- Arrange maintenance and perform minor equipment repairs
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed
- Operate plant equipment, forklift, and skid steer
- Operate a 5‑ton truck and assist with deliveries as needed
- Lift up to 105 lbs when delivering mats and coveralls
- Perform inventory counts
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Identify and communicate sales opportunities
- Drive in all weather conditions
- Report operational issues to the Plant & Logistics Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license with clean abstract
- Bondable
- Experience in a plant, production, or operations environment
- Comfortable supervising a small team
- Hands‑on, reliable, and willing to pitch in
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift and skid steer experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 105 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
