Are you a confident, detail-oriented Dental Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment? At Midpark Dental, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized professional to join our team. - Manage patient communications (calls, emails, confirmations, follow-ups)
- Coordinate treatment plans and proactively contact patients regarding outstanding or unscheduled treatment
- Process insurance claims and payments with accuracy
- Use ClearDent and MaxAssist daily to manage appointments, recalls, and treatment follow-ups
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and coordination
- Problem-solve on the go and keep a calm, positive energy throughout the day
About You:
- A proactive and organized administrator with 1+ year of dental administration experience
- Confident using ClearDent, MaxAssist, or similar dental software
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and following up with patients to support case acceptance
- A strong communicator who can build trust with patients quickly
- Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team
