Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tint & PPF Installer to join our automotive customization team. This role involves applying high-quality window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, ensuring precise workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive aesthetics, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership experience or mechanic background is highly valued, as well as familiarity with various hand and power tools used in vehicle customization.
Responsibilities
- Install window tinting on various vehicle types with attention to detail and quality standards
- Apply paint protection film (PPF) accurately to different surfaces of vehicles, ensuring seamless coverage
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces thoroughly before application
- Measure and cut materials precisely to fit vehicle specifications
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and uphold customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior dealership experience or mechanic experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with automotive repair and customization processes
- Mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools and power tools are essential
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely, including vehicle parts or materials during installation procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision in applying tint and PPF films
- Knowledge of automotive aesthetics, including color matching and surface preparation, is a plus
- Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand skills for detailed work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices
Pay: $15.86-$22.00 per hour
