RPI Consulting Group presents a great opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) to advance their careers and increase their earnings. We are recruiting 1-2 RNs for 2-3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week on a long-term relief basis at a retirement community located about an hour south of Miramichi. This role offers attractive 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with flexible scheduling, competitive pay at $60/hour, and accommodations provided if needed. Training, preparation, and personal protective equipment will be supplied. Start date is ASAP, with shifts on weekdays and weekends. You will be assigned to work at one site only. Responsibilities include thermal screening, documenting guest conditions, implementing supervisory orders, treating COVID-19 symptoms and general medical emergencies, maintaining supplies, and reporting observations. Qualifications: completion of a two-year post-secondary nursing program, RN registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick, effective communication, critical thinking, emergency response skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, liability insurance, confidentiality, current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and at least one year of experience in a long-term care, nursing home, or hospital as a licensed practical nurse.
