Since 1954, Bee Maid Honey Limited has been a cornerstone of Western Canada’s beekeeping industry. As the sales and marketing arm of the Alberta Honey Producers Co-operative Limited and the Manitoba Cooperative Honey Producers, we process and package premium honey produced by local beekeepers at our facilities in Winnipeg, MB, and Spruce Grove, AB. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Bee Maid Honey is looking for a driven, detail-focused Supply Chain Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with customers. If you love solving problems, keeping things organized, and being the person customers trust to get it right - you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you’ll be at the center of our supply chain operations - connecting customers, systems, and internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly from start to finish.
You will:
- Process customer orders through EDI and email systems
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Confirm pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy
- Manage customer portals and track order and delivery status
- Coordinate with customers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare order documentation and support reporting needs
- Step in to support teammates when needed in a collaborative environment
This is a highly interactive role where customer service meets supply chain execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for someone who brings both positive energy and strong attention to detail.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills - you’re clear, professional, and responsive
- Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Comfort working with systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Bonus: experience with ERP systems (Sage X3 is an asset)
