Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Labourer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- General shop clean up: sweeping up debris, cleaning equipment, emptying garbages, moving materials, etc.
- Pressure washing vehicles, trailers and equipment.
- Operating saws to cut steel to customer specifications.
- Perform weekly inspection of shop equipment, check fluids etc.
- Assisting with steel inventory management.
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Yard maintenance.
- Picking up/delivering parts and materials.
Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Experience operating a forklift is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors as needed.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
