Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
- Support recruiting, training, and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement marketing strategies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the health food or grocey retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for health foods and wellness products is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
