Junior Growth Operations Coordinator
About Us
Folly Nutrition is building next-generation functional supplements designed for real performance and absorption — combining advanced formulation science with consumer-first design.
Genecis Bio is the parent synthetic biology company engineering microbes to produce sustainable materials, including biodegradable plastics used in consumer products. Our mission is to make high-performance, sustainable products mainstream.
Across both brands, we move fast, care deeply about design, and believe exceptional growth execution is a competitive advantage.
Since launch, we've generated millions of social media views, worked with hundreds of creators, and are rapidly scaling across paid media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and retention.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining growth operations, e-commerce, and marketing execution. You will work closely with the Growth team to help launch campaigns, build landing pages, support paid media, manage website updates, and keep key growth initiatives moving forward.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of growth and marketing inside a fast-growing consumer startup.
