Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic landscaping construction management team. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge in outdoor construction processes, excellent organizational abilities, and a desire to grow professionally in a collaborative environment. This position provides hands-on experience with industry-leading landscaping management software and tools, supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Duties
- Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Support project teams by coordinating activities across various departments
- Read and interpret blueprints, permits, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to assist in preparing cost projections and resource allocation.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, change orders, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Support site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain effective time management practices to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience or training in landscaping management
- Knowledge of landscaping construction processes and construction management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and site protocols.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for coordinating with team members.
