Beusekom Farms Ltd. is seeking an Equipment Operator with a farming background to join our team for the upcoming harvest season.

What You'll Do
Our Equipment Operator supports day-to-day and seasonal farm operations. Duties may include:
- Operating farm equipment such as combines, drills, and sprayers
- Seasonal equipment hauling, including spring and fall work in Saskatchewan
- Shop work and preventative maintenance (oil changes and basic repairs)
- Yard maintenance such as mowing, weed spraying, and general upkeep
- Maintaining clean, safe, and functional yards, equipment, and work areas
- Supporting farm operations as needed during busy seasons
- Working closely with the owners to learn farm operations, equipment standards, and maintenance practices
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to contribute wherever needed. You take pride in your work, treat equipment with care, and aren't afraid to ask questions.
- Farm or agricultural background considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working on various equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and take responsibility for your work
- Ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced agricultural environment
- Chemical Application License is a strong asset (willing to train the right candidate)
- Class 1 Driver's License is an asset but not required
Working Conditions
- Hours of work are approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Extended hours during busy seasons, with some seasonal travel to Saskatchewan as required
- Campers provided during out-of-province work
- One meal per day provided
- No work on Sunday
- Work is primarily outdoors, with shop and equipment operation in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- $5/hour harvest premium paid at the end of harvest for those who stay on for the full harvest season
- Paid Monthly
