Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate medical aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare and laser services. As well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As an medical aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in skincare treatments, laser treatments and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of advanced treatments including:
- Facials, micro-needling, dermaplaning, chemical peels.
- Laser treatments (e.g. hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation)
- Body contouring
- Eyelash services.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skin types, concerns and conditions to recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare regimens and upsell products that meet their skins needs.
- Ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, charting and managing client records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Uphold clinic standards and client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, educational, positive atmosphere for guests.
Experience
- Medical Aesthetician Certification.
- Previous experience as a medical aesthetician is preferred, 1-2 years. (New grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of skincare products.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, results and guest services.
- Experience in sales or upselling products is advantageous.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, the industry and continued learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
