Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Lead Technician to join our team and drive excellence in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical systems. As a key leader on the service team, you will oversee and clean all HVAC , dryer vents and commercial systems projects while mentoring junior technicians. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive top-tier service, innovative solutions, and reliable system performance. Duties
- Lead and coordinate HVAC , dryer vents and commercial systems projects across commercial and residential properties, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices
- Supervise and mentor field technicians by providing technical guidance on equipment cleaning, cleaning troubleshooting, and cleaning maintenance procedures
- Read and interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and design documents to execute projects accurately
- Operate specialized tools and equipment and other mechanical devices to clean all systems efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, safety documentation, and inventory logs for all projects undertaken
Skills
- Proven service technician experience in HVAC/R systems with a focus on HVAC and dryer vent cleaning
- Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical systems
- Mechanical knowledge of boilers, air conditioning units, and related equipment
- Field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately while working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to coordinate with clients and team members
