Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Onboarding & Board Compliance: Manage RECO and Board applications, renewals, and the complete onboarding/offboarding process across core company systems
- Realtor Support & Communications: Provide daily support to realtors, lead new agent orientations, handle inquiries, and assist with offer document preparation
- Listing & Signage Oversight: Oversee local Listing Coordinators to ensure timely service and regulatory compliance, while managing listing signage inventory and installation
- Facility & Space Management: Act as the primary liaison for property management, coordinate office repairs and maintenance, oversee equipment, and manage agent workspace allocations
- Event Planning & Procurement: Coordinate logistics for virtual office meetings and seasonal team events
- Administrative & HR Operations: Perform general administrative duties, support local office hiring and training, and oversee front-desk office staff
- Manager Broker Support: Assist Managing Brokers with operational and administrative duties as required
Required Skills:
- The ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically, even in challenging situations, and to resolve conflict when it arises
- Overall tech-savviness and the ability to learn, use, and support others with technology
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, and to persist in following up and completing tasks to hit goals and deadlines
- Highly proficient computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to G Suite (Google Suite)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience and Education:
- 1 year of experience in a real estate office, including experience with Webforms, Broker Bay, DocuSign and knowledge of MLS systems is preferred
