Roles and Responsibilities
Word Press Developer:
- Build, maintain, and upgrade Full Stack Ecommerce WordPress sites
- Collaborate with assigned Technical Team Lead to successfully fulfill project objectives
- Develop general web from full site builds to smaller support tasks with an equal focus on PHP and front-end work
- Complete deep WordPress theme customization and experience with Woo Commerce
- Assist with internal development operations, as well as the development of internal tools
- Creativity on graphics designing.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years experience in a similar development role with solid experience building custom WordPress themes using PHP and Database, Woo Commerce
- A quick learner who possesses the ability to work well in both an independent and a customer service-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Take great pride in the work you do
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills
- Ability to work independently while following the overall management strategy
- Creativity on graphics designing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
