Store Team Leader | Coriander Life
We're looking for someone who believes a great store starts with a great team.
If you're passionate about leading people, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping a team do their best work every day, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside our leadership team to keep the store running beautifully, support your colleagues, and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcomed.
We're looking for someone who's ready for the next step in their retail career. While this role begins as Store Team Leader, we're hoping to find someone with the potential to grow into Store Manager over time.
What You'll Do
You'll be an important part of the daily leadership of the store by:
- Leading and supporting the team on the sales floor.
- Creating an outstanding experience for every customer.
- Coaching and encouraging team members throughout the day.
- Keeping the store beautifully presented, organized and inspiring.
- Supporting inventory flow and daily operations.
- Helping execute promotions and events.
- Solving problems, making decisions and helping the store run smoothly.
