We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision and attention to detail
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including kitchen, dining, and service stations
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during shifts
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols related to food handling and service
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with guests
- Knowledge of food industry best practices, including sanitation and hospitality standards
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
