```Duties```
- Analyze and prioritize incoming requests for transportation services
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and drivers
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
- Utilize transportation management systems to track and manage shipments
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using transportation management systems (e.g., SyteLine, AS400)
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and freight forwarding processes
- Strong analytical skills to assess transportation needs and optimize routes
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
