About the Role
We are urgently hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical research studies and trial activities in a fast-paced research environment. This is a casual position with the opportunity to grow in hours and responsibilities over time based on performance and study needs.
Key Responsibility
- Coordinate and support clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Conduct study visits and perform research-related procedures as required
- Collect and document clinical data, including vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy procedures as required by study protocols
- Maintain accurate source documentation, study records, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ethics, and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate with investigators, sponsors, research staff, and study participants
- Assist with regulatory documentation and study administration
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical research coordination experience
- Experience in industry-sponsored clinical trials, interventional studies, or related clinical research environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in science, Nursing, or a related healthcare field required
- Strong understanding of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory processes
- Ability to independently perform study-related procedures, including vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy as required
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Candidates with international clinical research experience may be considered where experience is relevant and verifiable
- International Medical Graduate (IMG) considered an asset
- Nursing background with clinical research experience preferred
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance and research documentation
- Flexible availability to support study scheduling and operational needs
