What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a bicycle mechanic
- Strong knowledge of bicycle assembly, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently
- Experience with suspension service and modern drivetrain systems is an asset
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for cycling and the cycling community
Responsibilities:
- Perform tune-ups, repairs, and full bike builds
- Assess and diagnose mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
- Assist customers with parts and accessory needs when required
- Help ensure bikes are completed in a timely manner during busy seasons
- Greet and assist customers
- Sales (Parts, Accessories and Bicycles)
