Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule distribution of goods; prepare bills of lading, invoices & other shipping documents.
- Perform manual & computerized inventory control.
- Maintain internal record keeping system, record shortages & reject damaged goods.
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received.
- Oversee loading & unloading of goods.
Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
The hourly wage rate for this position is $24.44. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
