We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of ingredients, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support the culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare appetizers
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes or direction
- Maintain cleanliness of prep stations, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist cooks and chefs with other tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock is low
Server
We are also hiring a friendly and professional Server to join our front-of-house team. If you are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Provide recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience required
- Smart Serve certified (required)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
