The Sales and Service Safety Association (S2SA) is currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Administrator to join our team.

As our Program Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting members, stakeholders, and colleagues while helping ensure the smooth delivery of programs and services. You will implement administrative processes, maintain records and databases, and provide essential operational support that contributes to S2SA's strategic goals and continued success.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling, member communications, and general office organization.
- Support organizational operations, projects, reporting activities, and program delivery through a variety of administrative functions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records, databases, participant information, and organizational documentation.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance activities to ensure information integrity.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and other documentation to support organizational decision-making and program evaluation.
Training Administration
- Coordinate training activities including scheduling, participant registration, communications, invoicing, and online learning platforms.
- Manage training records, certificates, surveys, evaluations, and virtual training tools.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and accessibility of training materials and resources.
- Support instructors and participants to ensure a positive training experience.
Certification & Audit Support
- Provide administrative support for certification programs, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Assist with document collection, reporting, tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and compliance-related processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, program support, or office administration role.
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM or database systems; specifically, Microsoft Dynamics experience is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
