Job Overview:
As a Chiropractic Therapy Team Member, you will assist in patient care by administering therapeutic modalities and supporting chiropractors and therapists in a clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, anatomy, and hands-on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical / Therapy Duties:
- Administer therapeutic modalities including ultrasound therapy and pre-modulated (Pre-Mod) electrical stimulation
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment
- Support chiropractors and therapists with patient care as needed
- Provide patients with a professional, welcoming, and supportive experience
- Follow clinic protocols to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality of care
- Assist with general clinical flow and patient support duties
Reception Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide a welcoming and professional front desk experience
- Support daily clinic flow and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of human anatomy (asset)
- Experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow clinical procedures
- Familiarity with Jane EMR (asset)
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience (to be discussed during interview)
