We're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team. While experience in Orthopaedic physiotherapy is a valuable asset, we warmly encourage new graduates and all applicants licensed to practice in Ontario to apply. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment, with potential pathways for those interested in advanced practice physiotherapy roles.

We're Looking for a Physiotherapist Who Is:
- Eager to Grow: Possesses experience or a strong motivation to excel in a clinical orthopedic setting.
- Patient-Centered: Motivated to build strong rapport with diverse patient populations and provide empathetic, friendly care.
- Skilled Communicator: Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both with patients of all ages and abilities, and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence-Based Practitioner: Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, emphasizing patient education, manual therapy, and exercise-based interventions.
- Professional & Organized: Currently registered to practice in Ontario (or expecting provisional-practice in Fall 2025), maintains appropriate liability insurance and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists, and is skilled at maintaining accurate chart notes.
- Team Player: Works effectively both collaboratively and independently, contributing to a positive clinic atmosphere.
