Midtown Ford is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals who can multitask effectively, overcome objections, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and works well in a team setting.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
- Work with dealership CRM/database and build your own personal client network
- Explain features and demonstrate Ford’s current vehicle lineup, both in-showroom and on test drives
- Complete required training and attend department meetings
- Deliver and familiarize customers with their new or pre-owned vehicles
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Pay: $33,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
